Terry and Du Boss came up! Fish beware!!

Well my oh my, Du Boss (Ginger) allowed her master Terry to come up and ice fish last night. She decided to supervise as she always does so well. We are glad to have them up, and look forward to the stories in the shanty that, no doubt, Terry will be able to tell soon. I am really glad to see him using his new Ice Shanty as much as he is. Between that, and the rowboat we got him last summer, the fish are now circling around the front of the cabin with "GO HOME" signs. We are not intimidated, and will hold our ground on dry land!

Dad came up Friday night (as is his norm), and immediatly started working on his desk in the woodshop. He is really excited about how much he is able to do, compared with last year. We are all just happy to see him enjoying a hobby this much.

Mom is getting ready to go down to Floriday soon. She is going to watch the grandkids while Diane and Dennis go on a week long cruise. Here is hoping for a fun and uneventful 10 days for her soon!

I am still looking for work, and getting frustrated. I went back to a company that had a job for a salesmen in a paper about 6 weeks ago, and just republished the add in another paper. When I asked for a aplication, the lady behind the counter remembered me, and asked why I was applying again. I told her why, and she then told me they were just trying to keep the aplications ahead of the workforce, so to speak. GGGRRRRRR. Oh well, at least she checked and told me that my ap was at the top of the file (I watched her look it up), and suggested I add a resume, which would pretty much guarantee me being called in first when they called someone in. I went home and got a resume and turned it in, but drat! I need work NOW!!!! At least there are about 6 new leads in todays Mt. Plesant Morning Sun paper. My fingers are still crossed, but loosing circulation!

Thats all for now. I hope to here from you soon!

Dave
